Kitchen Witch: Tasty food still unlocks the heart's secrets

I haven't posted a Kitchen Witch article in a long time but this one is too good not to. First off, Gundella defends Big Macs, Whoppers and fast food in general for being savory food that is fine to eat in moderation. I wholly agree. In fact, I've always thought that if you ate one McDonalds meal every day while maintaining an otherwise healthy lifestyle it wouldn't harm a person more than any other comfort food would.

The rest of the article delves into the enjoyment of food and pleasing a spouse or loved one with foods that make them happy. She also notes that she is happily single. Which means that her husband John, I believe that was his name, had likely died since he was disabled and I don't think that they divorced.

UPDATE April 4, 2022

Eh, it looks like I was wrong on that matter since John Kuclo passed away in 2005. Obviously he and Marion must have divorced and from the tone of the "serious marriage proposals" one would assume that it was sometime around 1988 or earlier. She was either dating multiple men or had the charisma to make them swoon at first sight.
