Not to interject politics into a blog about a local witch but I've counted at least a handful of recent articles which would have gotten Gundella cancelled today. This one dealing with sexuality and reincarnation, even though very tactfully and delicately handled, would be grounds for termination from having a vocal social voice.
The most interesting part is the mentioned clinic in Oak Park that was apparently using hypnotic regression to determine whether a patient should have "transexual surgery" in THIS life. Which seems far more dangerous to the public trust than fee-based cartomancy ever could be.
As for Gundella, she believed that you were born into this life in either sex form with a purpose to experience whatever one was set to learn in their present life. This is an entirely different take than the entire right-left paradigm we are used to. She openly believed and stated here that sexual identity problems were related to early life experiences. My wholly unscientific guess is that 90% of modern "witches," in whatever form of practice they choose, would not agree with this.
