Although this diploma earned by Orissa(?) Charles was issued only 6 months after the other Witch's Apprentice certificate that I posted previously, it's a lot more ornate and sophisticated.
If we follow Gundella's guide to Germanic runes published in her November 6, 1975 Witch Watch column we see that the code at the top of the diploma spells out TRUTH LOVE POWER. But I've already stated that previously.
